Highlight from 2021

Making History: For the first time, the presidents of the four leading legal associations were minorities. These four leaders met in September 2021 to discuss the future of the legal profession. The leaders gathered in Washington, D.C., and discussed how they could demonstrate unity to advance the rule of law; further diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession; and inspire minority law students and attorneys. In the photo, L-R: Carlos Moore (NBA), Navan Ward, Jr. (AAJ), Douglas Burrell (DRI), and Reginald Turner (ABA).
