About the Program

Join AAJ Education and the National Civil Justice Institute to discuss the impact that AI may have on the evidence process. Judge Scott Schlegel will discuss some of the potential issues that may arise due to advancements in technology, and AAJ staff will provide an update on federal rule changes from the Advisory Committee on Evidence.
