MCLE Credit Information

AAJ has filed for CLE/MCLE credit in the appropriate jurisdictions. In many jurisdictions, final approval is not available prior to the program and contingent upon approval from state bars and/or MCLE boards. Total available credit hours may vary by jurisdiction. AAJ Education programs are routinely accredited by states requiring continuing legal education. CLE questions may be addressed by reading our FAQ or calling the CLE Assistant at 800-622-1791.

AAJ Education’s Masters of Trial Law Program provides Fellow, Diplomate, and Champion recognition to AAJ members. To gain Masters of Trial Law credits, submit a certificate of attendance for every seminar, college, webinar and convention you attend. Click here to learn more about AAJ Education’s Masters of Trial Law Program.

Note for Florida: Per 2021 amendments to Florida Bar Rule 6-10.3(d) by the Supreme Court of Florida, the Florida Bar is prohibited from approving CLE credit attendance of any program that “uses quotas based on race, ethnicity, gender…” in the selection of faculty. Due to this Rule, at this time AAJ is unable to offer CLE credit to attorneys licensed in Florida. AAJ and other organizations have filed comments in response to the amendment, asking the court to rescind its decision. AAJ is committed to promoting and cultivating diversity among the trial lawyer community and ensuring diversity among its faculty at education programs. To learn more, you can read the court’s decision and comments filed in response.
