It is now more essential than ever to build a diverse, supportive, and inclusive culture at your law firm. Planned by AAJ’s Minority Caucus and the Women Trial Lawyers Caucus, this program will delve deep into issues like unconscious bias, micro aggressions and inequities, and tokenism. The panelists will challenge attendees to ask hard questions, have difficult conversations, and be honest with themselves about why their firm isn’t more diverse.
